I've always liked the Teen Titans. To be honest, they're my favorite superhero group. (favorite comic character goes to Batman). And as such, I want to continue a retrospective I stopped doing quite some time ago.
They've had quite the history, begun in 1964 with debuts in Brave and the Bold and Showcase before getting their own series in 1966 until cancellation in 1973.
They got a brief revival from 1976-78 but really got popular in 1980 with The New Teen Titans which lasted until early 1996 and had a couple of different titles in between.
Late 1996 saw a volume two that only lasted two years, but a miniseries called JLA/Titans launched a new series called Titans lasting until 2002 and got a reboot in 2008.
However, in 2003, Teen Titans got a third volume going all the way until 2011, when DC decided to do their gigantic overhaul known as The New 52. The Teen Titans are now in their fourth volume.
I've reviewed The Brave and the Bold and Showcase stories as well as Teen Titans 1-5 on YouTube, I'll post the videos below so I can start from where I stopped.
